Karen has over 16 years of experience working in the Further Education Sector, starting as a lecturer and progressing to Quality Lead and then Head of Compliance. Since joining Cover People in May 2023, Karen has been working on candidate compliance and safeguarding ensuring all checks are carried out to Apsco+ standards.
