The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
- Maintain a positive, focused, and productive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
- Support students in completing classwork and remaining engaged in lessons
- Build positive working relationships with students and school staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar)
- Confidence managing classroom behaviour independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, adaptable, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting students and education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
