Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students in your specialist subject
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Support the school’s ethos and work collaboratively within the department
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop your teaching skills with support from experienced mentors
Essential Criteria:
- Completing or completed secondary teacher training with QTS by July 2025
- Relevant subject degree or qualification
- Strong knowledge of your specialist subject and secondary curriculum
- Good classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting diverse learners
