Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students in your specialist subject
  • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support the school’s ethos and work collaboratively within the department
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop your teaching skills with support from experienced mentors

Essential Criteria:

  • Completing or completed secondary teacher training with QTS by July 2025
  • Relevant subject degree or qualification
  • Strong knowledge of your specialist subject and secondary curriculum
  • Good classroom management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting diverse learners
