Location: Greater Manchester (SEN and mainstream schools) Hours: Full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–3:30PM
Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs?
Cover People is currently recruiting dedicated SEN Teachers to work in schools across Greater Manchester. We are seeking professionals who are enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to inclusive education—whether you're experienced or an ECT with an interest in SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering differentiated lessons tailored to meet a range of SEN
· Developing EHCP linked strategies and engaging teaching methods
· Creating structured, nurturing environments for all learners
· Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and parents
Requirements:
· BSc or equivalent, MSc or PhD OR Certificate of Education
· No teaching experience required, but experience working with children or in a school setting is beneficial
· Experience teaching or supporting students with SEN
· Knowledge of inclusive strategies and classroom management
· Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)
