What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to children with additional needs, helping them meet their EHCP targets

Supporting teachers in delivering inclusive, engaging lessons

Encouraging independence and resilience in pupils

Promoting positive behaviour through consistent strategies

Collaborating with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists
-
Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to reviews

Building strong relationships to support pupils’ emotional wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people in schools, youth settings, or care roles
-
Knowledge or experience supporting pupils with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language needs) is desirable

Adaptability and resilience in a busy classroom environment

Strong teamworking and communication skills
-
A willingness to learn and take part in training (CPD is provided)
