The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Teach French, Spanish, or a combination of both, depending on your specialism
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress
- Encourage confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a foreign language
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages within a UK secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A passion for language learning and student achievement
- A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
