Cover People are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Salford to recruit a talented and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher. The Role

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Teach French, Spanish, or both, depending on your specialism

  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements

  • Encourage students to develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a foreign language

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress

  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages within a UK secondary school setting

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • A passion for language learning and student achievement

  • A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
