Primary School Teachers – Bury
Cover People are delighted to be working with a number of supportive and welcoming Primary Schools across Bury, who are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their teams. These roles offer fantastic opportunities for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about inspiring young learners and making a lasting impact in the classroom.
The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in line with the National Curriculum

Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and achievement

Assess, track, and support pupil progress to ensure every child thrives

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to provide the best outcomes for all learners

Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual pupils, including those with SEND
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
✅ Experience teaching within the UK education system (Primary or Secondary)
✅ DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Cover People
✅ A proactive, adaptable, and dedicated attitude
Driving licence and own transport – desirable but not essential
Experience teaching across different key stages or supporting SEN pupils – desirable
