About the Role:


We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Oldham, seeking aTeacher to cover KS2. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive team and make a real difference.

As aTeacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stage 2. You will work alongside the school's experienced teaching staff, ensuring that pupils receive engaging and well-planned lessons while supporting teachers with their planning and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS2.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teachers.
  • Promote the school’s values and help students achieve their full potential.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience teaching across KS2
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of children.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to providing the best possible learning experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
  • A creative approach to planning and delivering lessons.
