£90–£110 per day
Cover People are working with a welcoming primary school in Partington who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a rewarding role supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning and feel supported within the classroom.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assisting children with learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping pupils access the curriculum and stay engaged
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Creating a calm, structured and supportive environment
✅ About You
- Experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, SEMH, ADHD or similar desirable)
- Patient, resilient and nurturing approach
- Confident supporting behaviour and additional needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
