Your Role Will Include

Supporting children across KS1 and KS2, adapting to meet individual learning needs.

Leading interventions to boost progress in literacy and numeracy.

Stepping up to deliver lessons and cover classes when required.

Working closely with teachers to plan, prepare and reflect on pupil progress.

Encouraging independence, resilience, and a love of learning in every child you work with.

What We’re Looking For

A Level 3 TA qualification (HLTA status an advantage).

Experience of supporting learning in a primary setting.

Confidence to lead groups and cover whole classes.
