Long-Term Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Salford

We're looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Salford on a full-time, long-term basis. If you enjoy supporting children to reach their full potential and want to become a valued member of a school community, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

✔ Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them engage and achieve.
✔ Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions.
✔ Working closely with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment.
✔ Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
✔ Helping to promote confidence, independence and positive behaviour.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has recent experience working in a UK primary school (essential).
• Is confident supporting children across the primary age range.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, proactive and passionate about education.
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
