Cover People are seeking a passionate, nurturing and confident teacher to take on a full-time long-term role in a Year 4 class starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 4
  • Confident behaviour management rooted in fairness and consistency
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to inclusive, child-centred and responsive practice

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This vacancy is a temporary long-term position. Opportunities to move into a permanent role may occasionally become available, and we remain flexible to support candidates who may not wish to commit long-term.
