Key Responsibilities

Essential Criteria
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 4
- Confident behaviour management rooted in fairness and consistency
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- A commitment to inclusive, child-centred and responsive practice

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This vacancy is a temporary long-term position. Opportunities to move into a permanent role may occasionally become available, and we remain flexible to support candidates who may not wish to commit long-term.
