Caring, Considerate, People FirstCover people have been a fantastic agency to work with. After a shift back into teaching after a sudden redundancy, Cover people have shown a huge amount of support and care for myself as a candidate. After feeling worried from my negative experience of teaching the team took time to find the right school for me and take care of me every step of the way. My agent Joe A has been a credit to his role and has always gone the extra step to ensure that I'm well supported, comfortable and happy in my positions. A Great Experience!This is a fantastic agency to work for in Manchester! I finished my degree in September 2023 and had no clue what job I was going to do. After applying for a range of jobs and feeling disheartened having had no luck, Cover People actively reached out to me having found my details on a CV library and asked whether I would be interested in a TA/Cover Supervisor role with them. Signing up was quick and painless and I was given all the information I needed by the office. In my four months working for Cover People I felt supported and valued by the team, especially Joe, the South Manchester consultant, who was always available and regularly checked in to see how I was getting on! He made sure I was contracted in a role that matched my experience and I was lucky enough to stay on long-term at the first school I was placed in! Through this I have since been able to gain a permanent post in the school and am thinking of going on to do a PGCE with the trust. Equally though, I have absolutely no doubt that Cover People would be a fantastic agency to work with in the long-term! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get in to education!
Very good at looking after you and take your needs in considerationI have worked with cover people for about 2 and a half years and worked with Joe as my primary consultants and they were great! I have worked with other agencies as well but the time and effort Joe puts in making sure u are ok its amazing compared with other agencies. I was disappointed with one of my jobs with another agency and Cover People was very nice and found me a placement almost straight away and made sure it was the right position for me and really did everything in their power to make sure i was happy and that i had everything i needed during my placement with Cover People .
One of my best choicesCover People was definitely one of my best choice since I came in the UK. So sad I didn't discover them earlier. ~ Lovely team !
