Work in schools across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Derbyshire, building practical skills in real teaching environments.

3. Reflect and Grow

Use this time to reflect on your career goals. Decide whether you want to progress into formal teacher training.

4. Progress to Teacher Training

After completing a year (or as agreed), you may transition into accredited programmes such as:
