About the Roles:
Cover People UK are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools who are seeking 1:1 SEN TAs to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You’ll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to help each child feel safe, confident, and successful in their learning.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification
✅ Minimum of 6 months’ experience within a UK education setting
✅ Strong, hands-on SEN experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
✅ A DBS on the update service – or willingness to complete one
✅ A compassionate, adaptable approach and a genuine desire to help children thrive
✅ Willingness to register with Cover People UK to be considered for these roles
