The Role:

  • Supervising lessons during teacher absence using pre-set materials

  • Leading dance or PE-related sessions where required

  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining engagement

  • Encouraging confidence, creativity, and teamwork

  • Following school behaviour and safeguarding policies

  • Providing structured feedback to teaching staff

We Are Looking For:

  • Experience teaching or coaching Dance (studio, community, or school-based)

  • Strong leadership and behaviour management skills

  • Confidence working with secondary-aged pupils

  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

  • Genuine interest in progressing within education

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential

  • Ability to work across schools in the SK7 area

  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
