Level 3 Teaching Assistant – KS1
Location: Salford
Contract: Long-Term / Potential for Permanent
Pay: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Cover People are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1.

The Role:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils with their learning and development.

Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and behaviour management.

Promote inclusion and encourage independent learning.
About You:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

Experience supporting pupils in KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2 preferred).

Confident, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children.

DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
