We’re recruiting a confident and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs in a welcoming Salford primary school.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with additional behavioural and emotional needs

Providing calm, consistent and nurturing guidance
-
Helping children manage routines, regulate emotions and stay engaged

Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher and pastoral team
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience with SEMH, behaviour support or youth work
✔ Can build strong, trusting relationships
✔ Stays calm under pressure and sets clear boundaries
✔ Has a valid DBS or is willing to obtain one
