What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups who have additional learning or behavioural needs
Helping deliver tailored learning and behaviour plans
Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo
Encouraging confidence, progress and smiles along the way!
✅ We’d Love You To Have

Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs

A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (preferred, not essential)

A calm, compassionate approach and sense of humour

A valid DBS (or be happy to apply for one)
