Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons following existing plans and curriculum standards.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils, promoting inclusivity and equal access to learning.
• Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress to the permanent teaching staff.
• Collaborate positively with school teams, respecting each school's ethos and policies.

• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK.
• Experience teaching in primary school settings.
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within your teaching practice.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo one.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
