What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Adapting teaching styles to support a range of learning abilities
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Creating a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Working alongside experienced staff and external professionals
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending award (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
- Flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within a school setting
