About the Role
Cover People are working with secondary schools seeking Economics Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS4 (GCSE) and Post-16 (A-Level / BTEC).
This role is ideal for teachers passionate about economic theory, global markets, and preparing students for academic and vocational success.
The Role Will Involve

Delivering Economics lessons across KS4 and Post-16

Teaching topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics

Supporting assessment, coursework, and exam preparation

Encouraging critical thinking and financial literacy

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For

QTS or equivalent

Experience teaching Economics at secondary or Post-16 level

Strong classroom and behaviour management

Passion for student progress and economic literacy
