About the Role
Cover People are working with secondary schools across Greater Manchester seeking Psychology Teachers to deliver engaging and insightful lessons across KS4 (GCSE) and Post-16 (A-Level). This role is perfect for teachers passionate about understanding human behaviour, research methods, and helping students develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
The Role Will Involve

Delivering engaging Psychology lessons across KS4 and A-Level

Teaching topics including cognitive, social, biological psychology, and research methods

Supporting student understanding through practical exercises, discussion, and assessment

Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation
What We’re Looking For

QTS or equivalent

Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level

Strong classroom and behaviour management

Passion for student progress and scientific understanding of human behaviour
