About the Role
Cover People are working with secondary schools seeking Health & Social Care Teachers to deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4, and vocational pathways such as BTEC.
This role is perfect for teachers passionate about supporting students’ understanding of health, wellbeing, and social care practices, preparing them for further study or careers in care sectors.
The Role Will Involve

Delivering engaging Health & Social Care lessons

Planning lessons that cover human development, care practices, and health awareness

Supporting assessment, coursework, and exam preparation

Offering guidance on vocational progression and employability skills

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For

QTS or equivalent
-
Experience teaching Health & Social Care or vocational subjects at secondary level

Strong classroom and behaviour management
-
Passion for student progression and vocational learning
