About the Roles
We are working with several inclusive, welcoming primary schools seeking confident HLTAs who can:

Lead whole-class learning during PPA cover or teacher absence.

Deliver targeted small-group or 1:1 interventions.

Support behaviour, engagement, and pupil wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with teaching teams across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.

Contribute to planning, assessment notes, and wider school activities (where appropriate).

What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must:

Hold HLTA status or significant experience covering classes.

Have recent experience in a UK primary school.

Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).

Be confident managing classrooms and supporting diverse learner needs.

Be reliable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
