About the Role
Cover People are partnering with secondary schools seeking LSAs / TAs to support student learning and inclusion across KS3 and KS4. This role is ideal for patient, adaptable individuals who enjoy helping students achieve their potential.
The Role Will Involve

Supporting students in class or in small groups

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and resources

Helping students with SEN or additional learning needs

Supporting behaviour management and pastoral care

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
