Cover People UK is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced TAs who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a school setting.
The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and progress
-
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
-
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential

Previous experience working in a primary school setting

A caring, patient, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and behaviour support skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
