About the Role:
We are working with a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools across North Manchester who are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You’ll be supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assisting small groups and individual pupils, and playing a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
✅ A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a UK education setting
✅ SEN experience or the confidence to support pupils with additional needs
✅ A DBS on the update service – or willingness to apply for one through us
✅ A proactive, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting learning and confident to cover lessons if needed
