Primary School Cleaner
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Part-time (early morning and/or after school hours)
Contract: Ongoing / Term-time (with possible holiday cleaning)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
Cover People is currently recruiting a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to work in a primary school in Rochdale. This is an important role supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The Role:
Duties will include:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas

Emptying bins and replenishing supplies

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

Following health & safety and hygiene procedures

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Understands the importance of cleanliness within a school environment

Committed to safeguarding children and young people
