Cover People UK is currently recruiting qualified Primary School Supply Teachers to work in schools across Tameside and Glossop. These flexible roles are ideal for teachers seeking a better work-life balance, varied classroom experience, or a pathway into longer-term or permanent positions.
The Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups

Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day

Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

Strong classroom management skills

A flexible, reliable, and professional approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
