About the Role
Cover People are supporting secondary schools seeking SEN Teachers or Specialist SEN Teachers to deliver tailored lessons and interventions for students with additional needs. This role suits teachers experienced in ASC, ADHD, or other specialist areas, passionate about inclusive education.
The Role Will Involve

Planning and delivering lessons for SEN students

Differentiating resources to meet individual needs

Collaborating with teaching staff, LSAs, and parents

Monitoring progress and assessing outcomes

Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development
What We’re Looking For

QTS or equivalent

Experience teaching SEN students or specialist interventions

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
