About the Role
Cover People are supporting secondary schools seeking TA's and HLTAs to deliver structured lessons, support teaching staff, and provide additional learning interventions. This role is perfect for experienced TAs or educators looking for more responsibility in supporting student outcomes.
The Role Will Involve

Supporting students in class or in small groups

Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and resources

Helping students with SEN or additional learning needs

Supporting behaviour management and pastoral care

Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
