Cover People are recruiting an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Teacher with proven experience delivering Read Write Inc. (RWI) for a long-term role in a welcoming primary school in Wythenshawe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, including effective delivery of Read Write Inc. (RWI) where required
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Support the school’s ethos and work collaboratively with staff
- Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on pupil progress
- Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom routines
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience delivering Read Write Inc. (RWI)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to inclusive and high-quality education

This role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent. We offer flexibility, recognising that not all candidates wish to commit to a permanent contract.
